Remember When a Light Bulb Used to Signify a Bright Idea?

Congressman Ted Poe (R-TX) excoriates the EPA/congress’ foolish law that require us to throw out our incandescent bulbs in favor of CFL bulbs by 2014. No matter that CFLs are only made in China, and are a Hazmat event if dropped. I only wish he had dropped the CFL bulb and cleared the House floor as the members ran away in panic.

this is a constitutional issue they have passed an illeagle law!

all persons born or naturalized in the united states, and subject to the jurisdiction therof, are citizens of the united states and of the state wherein they reside. no state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the priviledges or immunities of citizens of the united states:nor shall any state deprive any person of life; liberty, or property, without due process of law; etc. you get the idea!
